Fee Structure

The fee structure is approved by the Academy Management and is subject to revision.

The published fee schedule should include:

Note: Any revision in statutory charges, taxes, DGCA fees, airport charges, or fuel prices may result in corresponding revisions to the training cost.

Fee Payment Schedule

Fees shall be paid in instalments as notified by the Academy.

Payments may be made through

  • Online Transfer
  • NEFT / RTGS

Demand Draft

  • UPI (where available)

Official receipts will be issued for all payments.

Fee Refund Policy

Refunds shall be governed by the Academy’s approved Fee Refund Policy.

General principles include:

  • Registration Fee: Non-refundable.
  • Admission Fee: Non-refundable after admission confirmation.
  • Training Fee: Refund subject to deductions for training already imparted.
  • Flying Charges: Charged only for flying actually completed.
  • Simulator Charges: Charged based on actual utilisation.
  • Refund processing will normally be completed within the prescribed time after submission of all required documents and settlement of dues.
  • Any Government taxes or statutory charges shall be refunded only as permissible under applicable regulations.

Refunds are subject to approval by the Competent Authority.
