Step 1 – Application Process (Online / Offline)
Candidates seeking admission to the Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) Flight Training Programme at Telangana State Aviation Academy (TGSAA) may submit their applications through either the Online or Offline mode. The admission process is transparent, merit-based, and conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the policies of the Academy.

Application Process
A. Online Application Process
Candidates may apply online by following these steps:
- Visit the official Academy website: tsaahyd.in.
- Navigate to the Admissions – CPL Flight Training
- Complete the online application form with accurate personal, academic, and contact details.
- Upload scanned copies of the required documents in the prescribed format.
- Pay the prescribed application fee through the available online payment gateway (if applicable).
- Review all information before final submission.
- Upon successful submission, an Application Reference Number will be generated. Candidates are advised to retain this number for future correspondence.
- The Academy will verify the submitted details and communicate further instructions through the registered email address and mobile number.
- B. Offline Application Process
Candidates who wish to apply offline may follow the procedure below:
- Obtain the prescribed application form from the Admissions Office of Telangana State Aviation Academy during working hours or download it from the Academy website.
- Complete the application form in clear and legible handwriting using BLOCK LETTERS.
- Attach self-attested copies of all required documents.
- Submit the completed application form in person or send it by Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier to:

Eligibility Criteria
