Ground Classes Charges of Rs. 2,00,000/- shall be charged from the candidates irrespective of the applicant passing any of the subjects already passed

Note: 1. Any revision in fuel charges, taxes, foreign exchange of US Dollar & Euro rate, DGCA fees, airport charges may result in corresponding revision to the training cost.

            2.No credit flying will be permitted  

Fee Payment Schedule

Fees shall be deposited (in addition to the Admission fee and Caution Deposit) as mentioned below

1. 70 hours of flying charges at the time of admission

2. On completion of 70 hours for next 80 hours of flying charges

3. On completion of 150 hours, for the balance of 50 hours including Multi Engine  

Payments may be made through

    • Online Transfer

    • NEFT / RTGS

Demand Draft

    • UPI (where available)

Official receipts will be issued for all payments.

Fee Refund Policy

Refunds shall be governed by the Academy’s approved Fee Refund Policy.

General principles include:

    • Registration Fee: Non-refundable.

    • Admission Fee: Non-refundable after admission confirmation.

    • Training Fee: Refund subject to deductions for training already imparted.

    • Flying Charges: Charged only for flying actually completed.

    • Simulator Charges: Charged based on actual utilisation.

    • Refund processing will normally be completed within the prescribed time after submission of all required documents and settlement of dues.

    • Any Government taxes or statutory charges shall be refunded only as permissible under applicable regulations.

Refunds are subject to approval by the Competent Authority.
