Offline Application Process

Candidates who wish to apply offline may follow the procedure below:

    1. Obtain the prescribed application form from the Admissions Office of Telangana State Aviation Academy during working hours or download it from the Academy website.

    1. Complete the application form in clear and legible handwriting using BLOCK LETTERS.

    1. Attach self-attested copies of all required documents.

    1. Submit the completed application form in person or send it by Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier to:

Gate No. 3, Old Airport Road, Near New Bowenpally,
Begumpet Airport Campus, Hyderabad – 500011, Telangana.

    • Pay the prescribed application fee through Demand Draft, bank transfer, or any other payment mode notified by the Academy.

    • Applications received before the prescribed last date will be acknowledged and processed by the Admissions Office.

Documents Required

Applicants shall submit the following documents along with the application:

    • SSC / Class X Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)

    • Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics

    • Transfer Certificate (if applicable)

    • Aadhaar Card / Passport

    • Passport-size colour photographs

    • DGCA Class II Medical Certificate (if already obtained)

    • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if applicable

    • Any other document as prescribed by the Academy

Important Instructions

    • Candidates shall ensure that all information furnished in the application is accurate and complete.

    • Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee admission.

    • Incomplete applications or applications without the required documents may be rejected.

    • Any false declaration or suppression of information may lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage of the admission process.

    • The Academy reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all documents submitted by the applicant.
